A fantastic turnout for the I Am a Golfer Foundation’s first week of the in-school junior golf program initiative at St. Phillips School and Community Center in South Dallas.
Students from 1st – 6th grade experienced two days of golf by learning the basics of the game and participating in the putting exercise taught by all four Cedar Crest Golf Course Coaches, Henry, Darius, and Phil, during the Gym-Take-Over Clinic.
IAMGF is excited to begin this new partnership with St.Phillips and aims to develop and maintain a lasting community partnership.
Through this partnership, the foundation has over 200 youth learning the game of golf and will feed into the IAMGF’s junior golf programs at Cedar Crest Golf Course.
