This year, the I AM a Golfer Foundation proudly awarded $80,000 in scholarships to 13 remarkable college students for the 2025/2026 academic year. Each recipient has a unique story, but they all share a common thread — they earned these awards through their dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence both on and off the golf course.
Our scholarship recipients came to us through two key pathways:

The I AM a Golfer Internship Program, where students spent their summer developing professional skills, building confidence, and giving back to the community through their work at Cedar Crest Golf Course.

The Northern Texas PGA’s Fairways to Success Program, which identifies and supports high-potential students from underserved communities, providing mentorship and college readiness resources.
Every hour these students worked, every challenge they embraced, and every act of service they offered brought them closer to this moment. Their scholarships are not just financial awards — they are investments in futures full of possibility.
