The I AM a Golfer Foundation believes that opportunity should not end when a student graduates from high school. For many of the young people who come through our programs, college is the next step toward leadership, career success, and long-term impact in their communities. Our scholarship program exists to help make that step possible.
I AM a Golfer Foundation has awarded more than $400,000 in scholarships to 45 students pursuing higher education. These scholarships represent more than financial assistance. They represent the belief that when students are given access to mentorship, professional experiences, and educational opportunities, they can achieve extraordinary things.
Many of our scholarship recipients begin their journey with the Foundation through junior golf programming, leadership development experiences, and internships that introduce them to real professional environments. Along the way they develop confidence, discipline, and a vision for what their future can look like. Scholarships help carry that momentum forward as students transition into college and the next phase of their lives.
As our work continues to grow, so does the opportunity for partners and supporters to help expand access to education. The Foundation works with corporations, foundations, and individual donors to establish named scholarships beginning at $10,000, creating a meaningful way for supporters to invest directly in students while building a lasting legacy of opportunity. These partnerships allow donors to direct resources toward scholarships that support the next generation of leaders emerging from our programs.
