Internship Page 2026

Our internship program is a year-round leadership pipeline. We offer paid, hands-on experiences for high school, college, and emerging professionals who want real responsibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through golf and community programming.

This is not a one-size-fits-all internship. Our program is intentionally designed to meet participants where they are and help them grow into what’s next.

Interns are embedded in daily operations across nonprofit programming and golf course operations. You’ll contribute to work that directly supports:

  • Youth golf programs and clinics
  • Community events and tournaments
  • Nonprofit operations and fundraising
  • Marketing, communications, and administration
  • Golf operations at a historic public golf course

Beyond hands-on experience, interns gain access to professional development, mentorship, and scholarship opportunities that support both career and educational goals.

Every role is paid, supervised, and intentionally designed with:

  • Clear expectations
  • Real mentorship
  • Leadership exposure
  • Measurable outcomes you can take with you
